40 Park Morristown NJ Condominium Project Off To A Good Start

Set to rise from the hole in the ground which was once Epstein’s Department Store just accross from the Morristown NJ central green, the 40 Park condominium project seems to be off to a good start.

According to a inside source 40 Park has secured 23 pre-construction sales commitments to date.  That is a surprising number to me for a project such as 40 Park which is still just a hole in the ground. 

With it’s location just South of the Morristown NJ central green, many of the 40 Park condominiums will have wonderful views of the Green as well as much of the Morristown business district.  The 40 Park condominium project promises to be a great addition to the Morristown central business district.  Additional information about 40 Park will be added to this article as it becomes available.

Important Information:  When considering new construction homes, condominiums, & townhomes, it is very important to understand that you must visit the sales center with the project for the first time, with a qualified professional REALTOR who is not associated with the builder / developer.  Otherwise the builder / developer will not allow you to have independent representation and require you to work with the builders REALTOR who will represent you under the rules of Duel Agency, which basically mean that said REALTOR will in effect represent the builder.  If you visit the builder’s sales center and register with your professional New Jersey REALTOR you can then have for free, professional representation dedicated to you.

Be sure to ask your REALTOR if he / she or their company has a representation relationship with the builder before you agree to having them represent you.
