Back To Work Selling Real Estate In The Midtown Direct Markets

Back from Sunny Puerto Rico after having spent 7 fun filled days on vacation.  Well it was not all vacation, I spent every morning going though my e-mail, answering nj real estate related questions, calling people back who had provided telephone numbers, and eventually setting up appointments for the 3 separate clients I showed homes to on Sunday.  I even had time to write a couple of blog posts while I was at it.

The weather was sunny and warm most of the days, and afternoons were mostly spent at the beach, enjoying the sun and the waves which were consistently strong every day.  I really like the island very much.  It is a easy 4 hour flight from New Jersey, and it is fairly inexpensive to fly there as well.

So it is still seeming to me that the 2008 Midtown Direct real estate market is a lot stronger than 2007 had been to this point.  Homes are selling, there are not nearly as many home sellers who have their homes priced at ridiculus levels, and there are a steady stream of home buyers making the rounds looking for their dream home.

I am a NJ REALTOR specializing in the Midtown Direct real estate markets of Norther New Jersey.  Thinking of buying or selling check out James Boyer’s website at Morristown NJ Real Estate. There you will not only find great information about the Morristown NJ real estate market, but you will also find the best MLS search tools available to the public, and you will find some interesting pictures of Morristown NJ as well as many of the other wonderful towns of the Midtown Direct New Jersey Transit train line.
