Busy Days For A Summit New Jersey REALTOR

I started this post off with the title of a day in the life of a busy Summit New Jersey REALTOR but changed my mind a little bit.  The reason I decided to post on this topic was that this past Sunday, I was showing houses in Summit New Jersey, some may say big deal, but I was not showing houses to 1 family, I was showing houses to 3 different families. 

The day started off at 9am with a family interested in homes not only in Summit but Chatham and Madison New Jersey as well.  This family has been doing their research for the past 5 months now, and about 3 months ago they found me on the internet, and have been doing much of their research using my website, Summit New Jersey Real Estate.  we had a blast looking at homes Brainard Rd. to Baltusrol Rd.  We had a very productive morning.

By noon I was meeting with another couple who I have been working with for a few weeks now.  They know fairly well what they are looking for.  Just 2 homes to look at with this family today.  They are fun to work with, lots of questions that show that they care and have been trying to do lots of research before looking.  In their case they have been doing research on the internet for almost 8 months now.  Once again they found me on the internet as well.

It is now 2:30 in the afternoon, and my third family is rolling in from Manhattan.  Nice people, with a growing young family.  Seven homes to see in Summit, Chatham & Madison but it really seems that they are going to select Summit.  My feelings are correct again, we looked at all the homes on the agenda today.  I think we have found one, they just want to see 1 more home which the home owners would not let us see on Sunday (never a good idea for a home seller, Summit or otherwise to refuse showings).  We looked at the homes in Chatham and Madison again, and once again this family just keeps going back to Summit.  For some reason that they cannot fully describe they love Summit.  Who am I to argue with them, they love what they love.

7:45pm and I am finally on my way home for the day.  I am not done for the day as I have noticed quite a number of e-mails rolling on on my phone though the day.  There are inquires on my home listings that I need to answer, as well as other inquiries on homes for sale to get to, and then there is the research that needs to be done for the home buyers which were shown homes today.

Finally time to relax and wind down for the day at 11pm.
