Many potential home buyers out there are existing home owners, so we think it's really important that the real estate blogging community shares this news and just does what they can to spread the word. People just don't make nearly as much money out here as they do in New Jersey. I guess that's just what happens when the national government tries to group the entire nation under the same guidelines....
