The real estate market in Madison NJ had 7 homes sell in March of 2007.  Not to bad considering what the national news has to say about the real estate markets around the country.

• 51 Hamilton St. In Madisons Knollwood neighborhood.  A 3 bedroom 2 bath Cape Cod built in 1951.  Sold for $515,000 in 36 days on the market.
• 319 Woodland Rd. In Madisons Hill neighborhood.  A 3 bedroom 2 bath Ranch style home.  Sold for $540,000 in 76 days on the market.
• 403 Woodland Rd.  A 4 bedroom 2.1 bath 1929 Colonial.  Sold for $624,900 in 72 days on the market.
• 13 Woodcliff.  In Madisons Hill Section.  A 1935 Cape Cod with 3 bedrooms 3 baths.  Sold for $725,000 in 61 days on the market.
• 51 Noe Ave.  A Expanded Ranch with 3 bedrooms 2 baths.  Sold for $730,000 in 14 days on the market.
• 115 Pomeroy Rd.  In Madisons Hill neighborhood.  A 4 bedroom 3 bath 1941 Colonial.  Sold for $975,000 in 39 days on the market.

All in all March was a good real estate month in Madison NJ.
