That last picture looks like the back door area from that Sandra Bullock movie “Premonition”.

Wow, it’s been a few years since I’ve thought about NJ property values (for awhile I was working with a title company and appraisers specifically in the state of New Jersey) but the price really surprised me - seems your market hasn’t had the same decline as others I’ve looked at.
