With all the hype about how bad home sales are around the country I thought I would take a few minutes to post some interesting numbers Morristown New Jersey.

The condo market in Morristown is the strongest segment of the Morristown real estate market over all.  Condo buyers tend to be one of the two groups, first time home buyers, or downsizing buyers.  At least in my experence, the vast majority of these Morristown NJ home buyers in 2008 have been first time home buyers.

To be sure, all of the average price gain is attributable to the New Construction Condos in Morristown which were delivered to their owners such as Vail Mansion, Vail Commons, and Dehart Place.  Look for this trend to continue with Vail Commons continuing to deliver new construction Morristown Nj Condos as well as in the future 40 Park Condos will start delivering new construction condos in 2010, at least so they say.
