I believe that we have to be near the bottom. There just are not many more major companies to go belly up. The government is not going to allow a domino effect to take the entire economy down, so this has to be coming to an end. As for home prices, It is all local of course. In my view, you cannot hardly go wrong if you decide to be in a train line town that also has good schools, and a good proud community.
