Morristown NJ Real Estate / Morris Township Luxury Home Sales


Morristown NJ 07960 is a busy place this year.  With the luxury condominiums being built at Vail Mansion on Morristown’s South Street, and Dehart Place townhouse condominiums on Dehart Street all currently for sale.  There will also be more luxury condominiums in the next few years just accross the street from the Morristown central green as well.  All this development at or near the downtown Morristown area is making for a very active and vibrant downtown experence in Morristown.

There has also been much activity in the luxury and near luxury home market, but all of it as of late has been away from downtown Morristown, out in Morris Twp.  There have been many of these luxury homes sold or currently for sale especially in the Convent Station section of Morris Twp, which is located between downtown Morristown and Madison NJ.

  • 2 Normandy Parkway. Located in the Historic Normady Park neighborhood.  A new construction custom style home, with 4 bedrooms 3.1 baths.  Sold for $900,000 after being listed for sale multiple times.
  • 36 Canfield Rd.  Located in the Convent Station neighborhood.  A luxury carriage house built in 1910 and then renovated in 1997.  5 bedrooms 3 full baths, sold for 987,500 in 77 days on the market.
  • 31 Pippins Way.  Located in Moore Estates development in the Convent Station neighborhood.  A Taylor model end unit luxury townhome.  3 bedrooms 2.1 baths, sold for $1,170,000 in 6 days on the market.
  • 6 Egbert Hill Rd. Located in the Egbert Hill neighborhood.  A 1928 custom colonial, renovated in 2006.  7 bedrooms 3.2 baths, sold for $1,185,000 in 451 days on the market.
  • 36 Pippins Way.  Located in Moore Estate development in the Convent Station neighborhood of Morris Twp.  A 3 bedroom 2.1 bath luxury townhome.  Sold for $1,225,000 in 3 days on the market.
  • 10 Victoria Ln.  Located in the Morris Oaks neighborhood of Morris Twp.  A custom colonial with 4 bedrooms 2.1 baths, sold for $1,250,000 in 13 days on the market.
  •  11 Windsor Way.  Located in the Oak Park neighborhood of Morris Twp.  A brick custom colonial with 5 bedrooms 3.1 bath home sold for $1,200,000 in 64 days on the market.
