15 homes sold in May here in Morristown. Is that a normal number or what. I live in Morristown and can say that I have never seen so many for sale signs. There are so many of those crappy yellow signs around that it just makes me wonder what all these people are thinking.

It is actually not that out of the ordinary a number. A few more than in 2007 and a few less than in 2006. The Morristown NJ Real Estate market really is not doing so bad. If the news media would just lay off for a while a few more of the home buyers would come off the fence and things would look even better.

Please ask as many questions as you like.
