Most new construction home shoppers believe they are going to get the best deal if they buy on their own. This just isn’t true. If you are buying a $300,000 home, you pay $300,000 whether or not you are represented by a Real Estate Agent! When you buy on your own, the Builder keeps the commission allowance and you receive nothing!

Yeah I always recommend using an agent. If you don’t know what you are doing, you are really flying blind without one.

It seems to me that the 2009 real estate market in Jersey will be stronger than 2007 and 2008. Homes are selling, there are not nearly as many home sellers who have their homes priced at ridiculus levels, and there are a steady stream of home buyers making the rounds looking for their dream home.
