Thanks for the comment Ms Willis. Actually there have been over 150 homes sold in Morristown NJ so far this year. Homes are selling, Home sellers just need to understand the reality that over the past year or so Morristown homes have declined in value by 13%+

I live in norway, and here the home selling is going really slow. almost all homes sold in the last year has been sold way under its recommended price.
